1 Box of Lasagna (regular type only)
1 Jar of Alfredo Sauce
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1-2 Cups of Cooked Chicken (tip I used rotisserie chicken to save time)
Seasonings to taste salt, pepper, garlic
Take lasagna noodles add to salted boiling water. Add a little olive oil to keep noodles from sticking. Cook lasagna noodles until just al dente. once cooked add noodles to cold water. Take each noodle and lay them flat and dry them off with a paper towel. Take a little of the sauce and place it in the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish. Next mix together together remaining sauce, cheese and chicken add salt, pepper, and garlic to this mixture.
Now take a small amount of sauce and brush a little sauce on each lasagna noodle then add the chicken mixture to noodle on one end. Roll up noodle place in casserole dish with the open end on the bottom do this until your casserole dish is full. Now take the remaining mixture and put this on top of the noodles. Add any remaining chicken mixture over the top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and casserole is thoroughly cooked through.
Tip: Get creative with this recipe you can easily change the ingredients to make this into any type of flavors you desire. (Mexican cheese, or Add red sauce for parmesan version)
