6 Boneless Chicken Breast

1 Container of Parmesan Cheese

2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese Grated

1 Jar of Italian Red Sauce (I use Paul Newman with Mushrooms)

2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Lightly breaded Chicken with flour. Sauté Chicken in skillet with olive oil cook until it’s lightly browned. Take 1/2 jar of sauce and put into a 9×13 casserole dish add chicken pieces. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese place foil over top and bake at 350 degrees for 20min. Next step is to remove foil and now add the rest of your sauce. Sprinkle top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake another 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browning. Enjoy!
