Peanut Butter-Banana Yogurt
Recipe by Maura Dieringer
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat (or low-fat) yogurt (I use Stonyfield Farm)*
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 medium banana, cut in fourths (if you freeze it first, it’s extra good)!
Instructions
Add the yogurt, peanut butter and banana to a food processor or blender. Pulse until incorporated. Either keep in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat! Enjoy!
*If the yogurt is separated with liquid on the top, don’t mix it! It’s better without all the extra liquid.
