1 lb. pork chops
1 cup beef broth
2 tsp. mustard
2 T. parsley
1 tsp. paprika
salt/pepper to taste
1 can (or fresh) sliced mushrooms (optional)
6 stalks green onion
1 cup sour cream
rice (white, brown or cous cous)
Brown chops in large skillet. Mix together broth, mustard, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, mushrooms and green onions. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Remove chops and set aside. Mix sour cream with the juice in pan. Add pork chops and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice prepared according to package directions.
It takes a bit but is easy prep and easy clean-up. My family LOVES these. So tender.
