4 TBS Olive Oil

5 Cloves of garlic, Minced

1 Red pepper diced

2 Cans of White beans (Cannoli)

1 Ib of Shrimp

4 TBS of fresh Basil

In pan heat about of olive oil. Sauté the garlic, then add the red pepper.

In a pot put 2 cans white beans ( cannoli ) don’t strain.

In pan with garlic and red pepper add 1 lb of shrimp also salt and pepper to taste . Once the shrimp is cooked or heated add to pot of beans. Mix all together and add about 4 table spoons fresh chopped basil.

Serve in bowl as is or also add a piece of toasted baguette bread to help eat the deliciousness. Fast and easy meal!
